Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the intimate nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on underwear, lingerie, or sets for hygiene reasons.

Exceptions:

• Items that arrive damaged or defective are eligible for a replacement  within 7 days of delivery.
• If you received the wrong item, we'll make it right immediately.

To report an issue: Contact us at Saxyeg@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and a photo of the issue.

Sizing: We recommend checking our size guide before purchasing. We are not responsible for sizing issues, but we're happy to help you find the right fit before you order.
